As our community continues to feel the impact of Coronavirus, we feel it is important to share with you what measures we are taking to keep our patients, affiliates and staff safe and healthy. Be assured that we have established protocols and are keeping up with the CDC updates.

Our Green Harvest Health offices will remain open, however any scheduled events have been cancelled for the rest of March.

As part of our protocols, we have heightened our cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for you and our staff. We encourage anyone who is not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution and self-monitor their symptoms.

WHEN YOU COME TO OUR OFFICE

For our patients visiting the offices, you will be given a new pen to complete paperwork for you to keep to decrease exchanging of possible germs. To avoid groups of people gathering, if there is a wait when you arrive for your appointment we will ask you take your paperwork to your car or move you to a private area to complete and we will call you on your cell phone to reenter the office. At this time, our providers are offering in-person visits, but will be offering virtual visits in the upcoming days. As our providers review patient records we will be encouraging all of our patients in the near future to use virtual visits.

As the situation evolves, we may implement additional preventative measures to ensure well-being, including staffing or service modifications.

Thank you in advance for your patience as we navigate this challenging situation one day at a time and determine how best to continue serving our community, while maintaining our focus where it belongs: on our Valued Patients.
